Owner Operator Requirements

• Must have a clean MVR

• No DUI’s period!

• No more than 3 tickets in the past 3 years

• No more than 2 accidents in past 5 years

• No Major violations

• Current and up to date medical qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent

• Drug Free

• 2 years minimum experience with flatbed or van

• 1999 or newer tractor

• Liability insurance while not under dispatch  (Bobtail Insurance) and physical damage for tractor.

  Owner Operators and Lease Purchase

• Weekly Settlements

• Up to $.88 cents per mile Loaded and Empty

• Guaranteed Fuel Surcharge on Loaded miles

• $25.00 - Stop off fee

• Cargo and Liability Insurance

• Tolls Reimbursed

• Payroll is from Monday through Sunday (All Paperwork has to be in by the following Monday)

  • Owner Operator Package $120.00 a Week

  • This includes :

    • 2 Fuel Cards

    • Trip Pak

    • Plates / Permits

    • Filed and Reported Fuel Tax

    • Form 2290 Heavy Use Tax Paid

    • Pre-Pass

    • Direct Deposit

    • Link Trak GPS Communications

    Deductions:

• Bobtail Insurance - $18.00 a week (If Not Covered)

• Occupational/Accident - $40 a week (If Not Covered)

• Physical Damage - 5%Value of Truck (If Not Covered)

• Escrow - $100 a week

• Rider Policy with Insurance - $20.00 a Month

• Trailer Rental - $140 a week - Covers all Maintenance

   Lease Purchase

   Deductions:

• Truck Payment - Varies (Dependant upon the year model)

• Down Payment - $0

• Bobtail Insurance - $18.00 a week (If Not Covered)

• Occupational/Accident - $40 a week (If Not Covered)

• Physical Damage - 5%Value of Truck (If Not Covered)

• Escrow - $.06 a mile

• Rider Policy with Insurance - $20.00 a Month
