TLS Inc. was formed in February of 2003.  It came to be after  8 years of experience in the LTL industry.  During that time, numerous ideas came to mind on how to improve the transportation industry. Here are  several things that could use some improvement:

1. The business world is full of people who do not have a complete  understanding of transportation. They are working long hours or paying someone else to try and get control on their transportation cost. 

2. The transportation world is full of people who do not care about their customers, only their customers business.

3. Carriers are a mixed bag, some are great and others are not so great - knowing which is which can be tricky.

4. Customer Service has taken a back seat to procedures and policies - Customers want to know that they are treated with the utmost respect and consideration. 

These are just a few of the items that we at TLS Inc. feel need improving. The goal at Transportation and Logistical Services, Inc. is to cater to the customers transportation needs; Truckloads, LTL, LTL Negotiations, Freight Bill Auditing, Bid Hosting, or anything else the customer would like advice or assistance with.
